Seth Bires, MD

After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Seth Bires completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Northwestern University/Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Bires then went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at the University Of Utah here in Salt Lake City. Prior to medical school, Dr. Bires was also a certified Athletic Trainer, diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. Bires has particular clinical interest in the treatment of the spine and musculoskeletal pain conditions, including disc herniations, spinal stenosis, zygapophyseal joint pain, sacroiliac joint pain, and other degenerative conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.​
