Robert Carpenter, PA-C

Robert Carpenter, PA-C, BLS, ACLS, is a pain management specialist with over 6 years of experience. A Utah native, Robert attended Utah Valley University for a B.A. in Political Science and the University of Washington for a M.S. in Clinical Health Services. He has been a member of the Utah National Guard since 2001 and deployed to Iraq in 2007. He has served as a medic and medical provider in artillery, aviation, and MEDEVAC units.

Robert approaches every medical problem in a thoughtful, compassionate way. When his wife was diagnosed with a debilitating and life-changing chronic pain condition over 15 years ago, it broadened his understanding of the pain management field. He has an intimate understanding of the impact chronic pain has on families and relationships. Many of his patients have complimented his active listening skills and empathic demeanor.

In his spare time, Robert and his three boys enjoy motorsports, working on cars, and video gaming on the computers they built together. If you were to find Robert in his happy place, it would be a mountaintop retreat with million dollar views, surrounded by family and good food.
